VIDEO MEDIA TRADE-IN PROGRAM
Our MEDIA Trade-In Program allows customers to exchange older media formats—such as VHS tapes or DVDs—purchased more than 180 days ago—for newer formats, when available, such as Thumb-Drives. We accept items in any condition, whether working, non-working, broken, or damaged.
To begin your trade-in, return your used VHS or DVD video(s) to the address we will provide after authorization. Once received, you will receive a coupon code for 50% off the current sale price listed on our website at the time of the trade. This discount applies toward the purchase of the same title(s), in the same quantity, but in the newer media format.
Please note:
• Items may only be traded for the same title(s) and same quantity.
• Only one coupon may be used per transaction. Digital and printed coupons cannot be combined for the same item in the same transaction.
• A tracking number must be obtained for all returned items. Phoenix Safety is not responsible for returns lost in transit.
To submit a trade-in request, contact us at info@charliemorecraft.com to receive an RMA authorization code. We will then provide the return address and instructions.
